Way For Protect Your Self In Summer Season

Protect Your Self In Summer Season
It’s that time of the year again – the time while we sweat thru all our pores and wait desperately for rains to arrive. the summertime in India can be brutal even for the maximum experienced people. except making us feel tired and zapped, it is able to even be downright harmful with the aid of increasing the risk of heatstroke. So how does one protect oneself on this warmness?

Way For Protect Your Self In Summer Season:

1). Wear a hat and stay away from the sun (find shading)
With a good hat with a broad brim and a shady spot to sit in, you can be a lot cooler than you would in the sunshine with nothing covering your head. If you have to choose between a hat or shade, both of them will work fairly well. It comes down to which you have available and which you’re most comfortable with, because those things both matter. If you choose the hat, pick one that covers your head and provides shade to your face, to keep you cooler and protect your skin as much as possible. If you seek shade, make sure you aren’t inside a place with poor air flow, which can make it feel even hotter.

2). Sunscreen should be your best friend, apply and reapply
Even if the day is cloudy or you don’t think you’ll be outside that long, put on your sunscreen. Make sure you do it a few minutes before going outdoors, in order to let it soak in before your sun exposure. Also be sure to apply it liberally, and reapply it often. That’s especially true if you sweat a lot or if you’ve been swimming, but it’s important even if you don’t do either one of those things. Take your sunscreen with you, and put it on frequently like you would with lotion to soften your skin. Whether you tan easily or not, protecting your skin from the sun is important.

3). Loose and light color clothing can make a big difference
If you wear tight clothing, especially if that clothing is dark, you’ll feel hotter and more uncomfortable. Wear things that fit more loosely to allow for good airflow, so the sweat on your skin can evaporate and help keep you cooler. Also choose light colors, because they work better at keeping your body temperature down. Light colored clothing doesn’t absorb heat the way dark clothing will, so you will stay cooler if you are wearing white or something else that’s light. If you don’t have anything light colored or loose fitting, it may be time for a few new summer outfits.

4).Use proper gear for warm-weather running.
Spring and summer running apparel are specially designed and tested to keep your body cool enough during your run. These products are made to promote heat transfer between your skin and the outside air. Technical running apparel channels heat away from your body, helping you perspire and making it easier for sweat to evaporate.
Running shoes have excellent ventilation which limits perspiration thanks to breathable mesh on top of the foot (a special kind of upper). In warm weather, it is important to wear high-tech socks which are designed especially for running and are thin and breathable.

5).Protect your head and eyes.
Here's some important, basic advice: never run in the sun without a cap. By protecting your head, you will absorb less heat and protect yourself from UV rays. In the winter, it is important to cover your head to maintain your internal body temperature and stay warm. The opposite is true in the summer, when a cap will maintain your body temperature and keep you from overheating. Sunglasses are a vital accessory which will protect your eyes from UVB and UVA rays.

6).Protect your skin with waterproof sunscreen
Protect the skin on your face, arms and legs by applying waterproof sunscreen with a high sun protection factor. When you sweat, the waterproof sunscreen will allow you to stay protected throughout your training run.

7).Regularly moisten your clothing, head, arms and legs
By wetting your clothes and some parts of your body during your run, you help dissipate body heat and actively cool down your body.
